The Laramie County Victim Witness Program was created in 1999 thanks a competitive grant through the Wyoming Division of Victim Services. This grant gave our program one staff member and a start to help reach victims in the community. Our office has recently grown to two individuals and we serve all victims of crime located in Laramie County.
Our Coordinator is Dory Clark, and she has been with the program since its inception in 1999. Ms. Clark has a bachelor's of Arts and Administration of Justice degree and is actively involved with victim services, criminal justice, and victim advocacy. Clark is widely active in community partnerships to include: City of Cheyenne Victim Services, Community Coordination Response Team, Child Advocacy, Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner program, FE Warren Air Force Base Victim Assistance Program, SafeHouse, NEEDS incorporated, and other criminal or advocacy Groups County and State Wide.
