Laramie County has recently partnered with Bidnet Direct (Bidnetdirect.com) and is transitioning from a paper-based solicitation process (RFB/RFP) to a fully automated, web-based electronic solicitation process.  There is no cost to vendors to register with BidnetDirect.com.
