The Laramie County Combined Communications Center provides 9-1-1 services to the citizens and visitors of Laramie County, Wyoming. In addition to communications services to 19 public safety agencies.

Amber Young serves as the Director of the Laramie County Combined Communications Center. She is an Emergency Number Professional (ENP), a nationally recognized certification awarded by the National Emergency Number Association, and is also a Registered Public-Safety Leader (RPL), a professional leadership designation recognizing expertise and leadership in public safety communications.
