Any business contracting with Laramie County will need to maintain Commercial General Liability coverage and endorsements in accordance with the type of work/event being carried out. Please note: should an event be considered high risk or it is determined that the minimum limits would not be adequate, additional limits may be required to execute an agreement/contract with the County. The minimum requirements are:

  • Limits no less than $1,000,000.00 per occurrence and $2,000,000.00 general aggregate.
  • Laramie County, its officers, officials, employees, and volunteers are to be names as additional insured on the policy.
  • Vendor/Contractor’s insurance shall be the primary coverage and coverage maintained by Laramie County shall not contribute with it.
  • To the fullest extent possible, Vendor/Contractor agrees to hold harmless, defend at its own expense, and indemnify Laramie County and waive any right to subrogation against Laramie County.
  • On-going operations endorsement.
