Tall Grass/Crusoe Energy and Data Center In Southern Laramie County

Laramie County Commission Chairman Gunnar Malm met this week with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Lee Zeldin, U.S. Senator Cynthia Lummis, and representatives from Tall Grass and Crusoe to discuss the forthcoming Tall Grass/Crusoe Energy and Data Center project in Southern Laramie County. The meeting highlighted how the project combines Wyoming’s legacy natural gas.

Laramie County Commissioners Vote to Expand Home Business Rights

The Laramie County Board of Commissioners took bold action at last night’s meeting to protect private property rights and support local entrepreneurs through major updates to the County’s Land Use Regulations. Effective immediately, home-based businesses, also known as Home Occupations, are now a use by right in all areas of unincorporated Laramie County.

Clerk’s office launches free service to help prevent property fraud

Laramie County Clerk Debra Lee announced the launch of a free service to help prevent property fraud. The Document Alert system sends an email notice to subscribers when property deeds, liens, or other recordings are filed in Laramie County using their information. Residents need to go online to sign up for the notifications.

The Laramie County Clerk’s office acknowledges receipt of a complaint filed by the Wyoming Republican Party and candidates Ben Hornok, Clarence Styvar, Taft Love, Dallas Tyrrell, and Kathy Scigliano concerning the methodology of testing of two tabulators used to count absentee ballots.
