NOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT

IN COMPLIANCE WITH WYO. STAT. 16-1-116, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE "CULVERT FOR NINEMILE DRAW TRIBUTARY AT TELEPHONE ROAD" PROJECT HAS BEEN ACCEPTED AND COMPLETED. THE WORK WAS AWARDED TO REIMAN CORPORATION ON FEBRUARY 6, 2024. 
THE CONTRACTOR, REIMAN CORPORATION, WILL BE ENTITLED TO FINAL PAYMENT FOR THE WORK COMPLETED ON MAY 30, 2024. ANYONE HAVING CLAIMS FOR SERVICES, LABOR OR MATERIALS FURNISHED TO THE CONTRACTOR FOR THIS PROJECT MUST FILE A WRITTEN NOTICE OF CLAIMS WITH THE LARAMIE COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT, 13797 PRAIRIE CENTER CIRCLE, CHEYENNE, WY 82009 BEFORE SEPTEMBER 11, 2024.

Complete reconstruction of roadway to include full depth reclamation, earthwork and grading, installation of culverts, asphalt paving, road striping on approximately 5 miles of County Roads 142, 215A, and 143.
