$35.00 - each for two defendants to be served separately

$35.00 + $2.00 - Out of state papers that need a notarized return of service

$70.00 + $2.00 - Out of state papers with two defendants to be served separately and a notarized return.

Business and law firm checks made payable to the Laramie County Sheriff's Office. The Sheriff's Office does not accept personal checks. Use a cashier's check or money order, and please don't send cash.

If you live locally and would like to come by the Sheriff's Office, Civil office hours are 8:00 am until 4:30 pm Monday - Friday, except holidays. You may also send paperwork, to include proof of service, fee and a self-addressed, stamped envelope {required} to:
