29 May 2026 The DART course presents emergency personnel with the methodology to detect, identify, track, assess, respond to, and report Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) activity. Participants are presented with information on the current UAS criminal and terrorist threat, analog and electronic UAS detection techniques and response tactics to address these threats.

Monthly Siren Test

05 Jun 2026 Each month we test our 67 outdoor warning sirens to make sure that the system throughout the county is functional. During the months of May-August, we enlist the help of our local volunteers and community to do in person verification of each siren in the county.

ARRL Field Day

Sunrise Lions Club Ride for Sight

02 Aug 2026 Since 1993, the Cheyenne Sunrise Lions have sponsored this safe and healthy outdoor event for the enjoyment of our participants. Riders will have their choice of distances up to a metric century.
Needless to say, you can ride any distance you desire by just turning around at your own convenience. Riders will find rest stops approximately every 10 miles.
