New Online Mapping and Property Search Site
Published on September 16, 2026
LARAMIE COUNTY, WY- The Laramie County Assessor’s office will move its public mapping and property search site to a new platform on Monday, September 21, 2026. The new site, Beacon, is provided by Schneider Geospatial and replaces the mapping application the Assessor has used for more than a decade.
You can access Beacon from the County homepage at www.laramiecountywy.gov. You will not need to create an account and there will be no charge to use it. The new site provides one convenient location for accessing mapping and property information. The public can search by owner name, address, or parcel number to quickly access ownership and assessment information, sales history, and a tax estimator without having to move between applications. The site also includes current Eagleview aerial imagery and many of the County's GIS layers. Reports can be accessed directly from a parcel page.
The previous mapping site at maps.terragis.net will not be accessible after September 21, 2026. Users with bookmarks or saved links to the old site will need to update them.
