Updating the HVAC system at the City/County Health Department Building.
Why:
The Health Department building is in dire need of an HVAC upgrade. The current system is over 30 years old and is past its life expectancy which is typically 15-20 years on rooftop condensers. These units have become extremely problematic, causing excess temperatures in the summer due to constant failures.
What is included:
This project will include removal of existing outdated R.T.U's and replace them with a Trane IPAK R.T.U. Demolition and replacement of 2 air handling units including controls and necessary piping and duct work. Removal of old and installation of 33 new V.A.V units to heating and cooling distribution in the building. New valves for V.A.V's and controls included for integrating B.A.S.
