Iron Guard Housing (also known as Iron Guard Workforce Housing), the company proposing a workforce housing development south of Cheyenne, was scheduled to present information regarding its project at the June 16, 2026, Board of County Commissioners meeting.
The County has been notified that Iron Guard Housing has requested to postpone its presentation indefinitely. Therefore, the presentation will not be included on June 16, 2026, meeting agenda.
At this time, no future presentation date has been scheduled. If the company elects to move forward with a presentation or proposal in the future, any related public meetings and opportunities for public input will be noticed in accordance with applicable requirements.
