Laramie County has participated in the National Opioid Settlement lawsuit and as a result has received national distributor settlement payments. The Laramie County Commissioners formed an Opioid Settlement Taskforce in 2024 to focus on identifying needs, resources, solutions and services to aid Laramie County residents impacted by the opioid crisis. This taskforce has created a grant application and scoring matrix to guide funding allocations.
The Laramie County Commissioners would like to announce the release of a grant application for Laramie County organizations to apply for opioid settlement funds.
