House Enrolled Act 57 (House Bill 156), “Proof of voter residency – registration qualifications” became law and went into effect July 1, 2025.
The act requires a person to provide proof of United States citizenship and proof of residency when registering to vote. It also mandates that a qualified elector must be a bona fide resident of Wyoming for at least 30 days before the election in which they intend to vote.
