NOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT
In compliance with Wyo. Stat. 16-1-116, notice is hereby given that the “Railroad Road Paving” project has been accepted and completed. The work was awarded to Simon on November 15, 2022.
The contractor, Simon, will be entitled to final payment for the work on May 15, 2024. Anyone having claims for services, labor or materials furnished to the Contractor for this project must file a written notice of claims with the Laramie County Public Works Department, 13797 Prairie Center Circle, Cheyenne, WY, 82009 before May 15, 2024.
The date of the first publication is April 4, 2024.
